Mountaingrass Festival
The Mountaingrass Festival will take place from Friday 13 November to Sunday 15 November 2026 in Bright, VIC 3741, with the main venue at the Bright Community Centre, 1 Railway Avenue, Bright. Additional concerts and workshops are held nearby at the Bright Senior Citizens Centre and the Old Courthouse Theatre, all within easy walking distance in the heart of town.
Mountaingrass is one of Australasia’s premier festivals celebrating bluegrass and traditional old-time music, attracting talented musicians from Australia, New Zealand and overseas. Across the weekend, audiences can enjoy a mix of concerts, intimate acoustic performances, jam sessions and instrument workshops that welcome both experienced musicians and curious newcomers.
